Bounce trades have tremendous potential, but they can be very low probability if they are not filtered ahead of time, as to probabilities. And then the trade setup must be there once trading starts. In our premarket comments we look at some potential bounce trades and filter the stocks down in the premarket hours, trying to see if there are 1 or 2 potentials. Today there were 2 in our comments – SAGE and BCRX. SAGE had a monster bounce, of course I didn’t trade it, but did trade BCRX in the small account 5.16-5.56. The other symbols are ALNY, KR, ACHN, CLLS.
Trader Scott has been involved with markets for over twenty years. Initially he was an individual floor trader and member of the Midwest Stock Exchange, which then led to a much better opportunity at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. By his early 30’s, he had become very successful in markets, but a health situation caused him to back away from the grind of being a full time floor trader.
