Trades Today – One Day Trade, Plus Bounces, Plus Ideas for Longer-Term Trades

The Entry Points

An explanation of several different trades is below in the video. We discussed the potential in premarket comments today about a daytrade in KURA 11-13.30, and a few days ago we talked about using a “sharp, quick, shallow selloff” in gold to buy, and the NUGT 40.45-42.42 and JNUG 23.58-24.94 trades are what I did to take advantage of that specific opportunity. From 9/6 premarket comments – “Gold same view – there are a lot of doubters. The selloffs will be sharp, quick, shallow. It’s a bull market. I’m certainly not buying now, but still long GDX calls.” We are trading this stuff, while others are doing whatever. Other symbols are TQQQ, AMZN, WMT, KR, IMMU, ITCI, ADMS, DVAX, ZUMZ, ALNY, MVIS, GDX, IDXG, MNKD, ARRY, FSNN, INSM.

Trader Scott has been involved with markets for over twenty years. Initially he was an individual floor trader and member of the Midwest Stock Exchange, which then led to a much better opportunity at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. By his early 30’s, he had become very successful in markets, but a health situation caused him to back away from the grind of being a full time floor trader. During this time away from markets, Scott was completely focused on educating himself about true overall health and natural healing which remains a passion to this day. Scott returned to markets over fifteen years ago where he continues as an independent trader.

    • For KR I expect more new lows even with a potential bounce – taking out the SC lows. But accumulation has likely begun. Big accum. takes time. As you know, the shorter-term blends into the bigger-picture and there are all different time frames to trade. There are a dozen retailers I’m interested in longer-term, like TGT.
